Registration is simple! Just send a fax to our number (050-5050-8899 in Japan or 1-302-400-8899 in USA) with your name and contact information. We'll send you a welcome fax with your account details and instructions to get started.

Faxi charges a small fee per fax transaction. Basic requests (email, Q&A) cost ¥100 per fax. Shopping and appointment services may have additional fees depending on the service provider. You'll always see the cost before confirming any transaction.

Any standard fax machine works with Faxi! As long as your fax machine can send and receive faxes, you're all set. No special equipment or modifications needed.

Both handwriting and typed text work perfectly! Our AI can read clear handwriting in Japanese or English. Just write legibly and we'll understand your request.

Faxi currently supports Japanese and English. You can write your requests in either language, and we'll respond in the same language you used.

Most requests are processed within 2-5 minutes. You'll receive a confirmation fax as soon as your request is complete. Complex requests like shopping or appointments may take up to 15 minutes.

Yes! You can include multiple requests in a single fax. Just clearly separate each request and number them (1, 2, 3, etc.). We'll process each one and send back a comprehensive response.

Each response fax includes a reference number. To follow up, just mention that reference number in your new fax. For example: "Regarding request #12345, I'd like to..." This helps us find your previous conversation quickly.

First, check that your fax was sent successfully (your fax machine should show a confirmation). If it was sent but you haven't received a response after 15 minutes, send another fax with "RESEND REQUEST" and your original fax details. We'll investigate and respond promptly.

Send us a fax saying "REQUEST CLEARER RESPONSE" with your reference number. We'll resend the information in a larger, clearer format. You can also request information by phone if needed.

Send a correction fax with your reference number and explain what was incorrect. For example: "Regarding #12345, the email address should be..." We'll update the information and send a corrected response.

You'll receive a monthly invoice by fax showing all your transactions. You can pay by bank transfer, convenience store payment, or have a family member pay online. We also offer prepaid packages for discounted rates.

Yes! If we make an error or you're not satisfied with the service, we'll refund the transaction fee. Just send a fax explaining the issue within 7 days of the transaction.

Absolutely! All faxes are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal information with third parties without your permission. Your data is protected by Japanese privacy laws and our strict security policies.

We keep your fax records for 90 days to help with follow-up requests and support. After 90 days, records are automatically deleted unless you request longer retention. You can request deletion of your records at any time.

Only authorized Faxi staff who need to process your requests can see your faxes. All staff sign confidentiality agreements. We use AI to process most requests automatically, minimizing human access to your information.
